#281 Addiction and Athleticism - Lindsey Locke

Lindsey Locke has worked in the health and wellness space for the better part of the last decade. Starting as an athlete herself, Lindsey understood the importance of movement and the somatic experience from a young age.

With her Masters in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F Kennedy university, Lindsey aims to help clients return to their bodies and health through movement, breath, and embracing one’s physical, spiritual, and emotional body in conversation and decision making.

Through fitness and counseling, Lindsey has helped those that have abandoned their health (either through trauma, lifestyle choices, or addiction) get back into their bodies and begin to heal from the inside out.

Our bodies have a deep knowing, all we need is the tools to listen.
